Phone ‘n’ Ride has provided a regular service from Stallingborough to Morrison’s Store to Grimsby Town Centre every Tuesday since August 2021.  Following a recent service review, there has been a significant decline in demand which has resulted in this service being no longer being commercially viable.

Therefore, this semi fixed route service from Stallingborough via Morrison’s to Grimsby Town Phone n Ride Run’ final operational day will be Tuesday 27 May 2025.

Due to the withdrawal of this service, the availability of the on-demand bus service with no fixed route or timetable will increase, therefore residents who still require this service can request individual trips.

The Phone ‘n’ Ride buses are available to book both in the rural and urban areas of North East Lincolnshire. All vehicles are low floor and suitable for wheelchair access but are not suitable for powered scooters.

Bookings can be made via telephone through the Phone ‘n’ Ride team or via the Phone ‘n’ Ride App. The Phone ‘n’ Ride app is available to download from the Apple App store and Google Play store.

All Phone ‘n’ Ride customers are encouraged to register a mobile phone number with the service and use the app where possible.  By using the app, you will be able to track your vehicles route, make bookings 24/7 up to 1 hour in advance, pre-pay for your journeys and have regular notification alerts about your booking.

Information on registering and using this service can be found by visiting https://www.nelincs.gov.uk/streets-travel-and-parking/travel-and-public-transport/phone-n-ride/ or by telephoning the Phone ‘n’ Ride team on 01472 324440.
