Regional homebuilder Allison Homes has strengthened its growing Central region by welcoming three new employees into management roles, as part of its expansion across Lincolnshire, Cambridgeshire and Northamptonshire.

Macaulay Anniss, Chris Smith and Dan Smith recently joined Allison Homes Central as Head of Architecture, Partnerships Manager and Land and Partnerships Manager respectively. Now, the trio are all based in the housebuilder’s Peterborough head office.

Macaulay, from Peterborough, joins the growing region with years of experience, having previously managed technical teams working on bespoke and award-winning projects across the South and South East.

He said: “Allison Homes Central has a number of exciting schemes in the pipeline which really attracted me to the company, alongside its’ progression, growth strategy and location. Day to day, I’m working with the team on our current schemes and looking ahead to the design of new developments, and I’m really enjoying the ability to make an impact across the business through design.”

Chris, as Partnerships Manager, works on multiple partnerships schemes within the region. In his new role, Chris is able to utilise experience gained whilst working as an Assistant Development Director for a national Registered Provider, covering the North and East Midlands.

Chris added: “Giving back to the community with various initiatives is an important part of Allison Homes, and that’s something I wanted to be a part of. The environment is fast paced which I enjoy, and everyone genuinely wants to support each other to reach our goals. Now I’m settled in, I’m looking forward to furthering my understanding of the business and working with all departments to drive improvements.”

Dan gravitated towards partnerships homebuilding after beginning his career in politics and joined a national developer on its graduate scheme, where he specialised in public sector and partnerships opportunities.

Dan, from Northamptonshire, said: “Allison Homes Central is a company with strong growth plans and a business-wide commitment to partnerships-led delivery. Land is a hugely varied role where each day can differ greatly, but I’m enjoying the sense of teamwork across all departments, there’s a lot of collaboration between everyone. In my role, I’ll be working to offer more schemes in a variety of locations and ensure those unable to access traditional routes to homeownership can find alternatives.”

Adam Knight, Managing Director at Allison Homes Central, said: “We’re thrilled to welcome Macaulay, Chris and Dan to our rapidly growing team. Each of them bring a wealth of experience and specialist skills to their roles, helping us to continue our successful delivery of projects across Cambridgeshire, Lincolnshire and Northamptonshire.

“2026 is a very exciting year for us at Allison Homes Central as we look to expand our operational areas, strength our existing partnerships and build new ones across the region. We are looking forward to seeing how Macaulay, Chris and Dan each push the business forward into new avenues of success.”
