Chestnut Homes is marking the end of a successful 30th year in business by helping buyers in Lincolnshire to say ‘yes’ to a new home.
The developer’s Year End Sale (YES) campaign includes special offers and discounts of up to £7,500 on selected properties across the county.
Chestnut Homes, which is based in Langworth, Lincoln, is currently building new homes in Alford, Bardney, Boston and Coningsby, with several more developments due to launch soon.
Managing Director David Newton said: “It’s great to report that in this, our 30thanniversary year, we’ve gone from strength to strength.
We are delighted to be sharing this success with our customers, with a series of special offers to help make their move even easier and more affordable.
“However, these offers are available on just a handful of plots and the sale is only running for a few weeks in September – so I’d advise anyone hoping to get a helping hand with their move to contact us without delay, or they risk missing out.
Chestnut Homes was established in 1988. Over the past few years the housebuilder has significantly increased the number of homes it builds, grown its presence in the affordable housing sector and invested heavily in new machinery to ensure it sustains this growth.
The YES campaign is being run at all the developer’s sites across Lincolnshire, with offers including price discounts and incentives available with selected plots.
The Government’s Help to Buy scheme is available, enabling buyers to secure an equity loan of up to 20 per cent of their new home’s full price, which is interest-free for the first five years. This means they only need a 75 per cent loan-to-value mortgage and a five per cent deposit.
