Rippon Homes is extending a helping hand to NHS employees house hunting across Lincolnshire.
As a token of appreciation for the effort NHS staff have been putting into helping Britain cope with the coronavirus crisis, they are being offered £10,000 towards their deposit on a new Rippon Home.
Rippon has recently resumed construction work on its developments. Sales offices have also reopened on a strict appointment basis to allow visitors to tour the homes in person while protecting the health of both employees and customers.
Rippon developments in Lincolnshire include Eleanor Gardens in Navenby, where the four-bedroom Richmond showhome is due to launch in Autumn 2020.
The Richmond is a stunning detached home, designed for modern family life and benefitting from a double garage. Downstairs features a spacious kitchen and double doors opening out to the garden. A separate dining room with a bay window and double doors leads through to a beautiful lounge. To the front of the property there is a study and downstairs cloakroom.
Upstairs the impressive master bedroom boasts a luxurious en-suite and dressing area, while the other three bedrooms are served by the modern family bathroom.
Ian Dyke, Managing Director at Rippon Homes said, “We know how hard the NHS has been working to keep us well, and at Rippon we wanted to do a little something to help those who have been helping everyone else at this crucial time, so we are pleased to offer a huge £10,000 towards their deposit at any of our developments in the East Midlands to show our gratitude.”
The offer is valid on all reservations which legally complete over the remainder of 2020. Full terms and conditions can be found on the Rippon Homes website, https://www.ripponhomes.co.uk/
