Community Learning offers a range of essential qualifications and courses from English, maths and ICT to art, employability and confidence building.
Community Learning are enrolling students on their Functional Skills Intensive maths level 2 course which begins this July.
It is suitable for anyone ages 19+ and is a recognised qualification equivalent to GCSE C grade.
Is appropriate for those whose qualifications may be out of date or who want to refresh and improve their knowledge of maths at a basic level.
Most employers, colleges and universities require at least a level 2 in English and maths.
It is also a requirement for Community Learnings GCSE courses which learners can progress onto in September if they wish.
Free childcare is available for the duration of the course.

Community Learning gets many adult learners through their doors.
These are people who want to refresh their knowledge or gain a qualification for work or further study.
Their experienced staff will mentor and guide adult learners through their courses and support them in achieving their goals, whether it be getting into employment or simply being a better-rounded individual.

Many Community Learning courses are free or subsidized and free childcare is available subject to eligiblilty.
Students can enrol at Community Learning at any time but are encouraged to enquire sooner rather than later.
