North East Lincolnshire Council are looking for resident’s views to the current Bus Service Improvement Plan (BSIP).

The current BSIP priorities were formed from the last public consultation survey in 2023. These priorities are reviewed to ensure that the funding is used to address current issues and barriers that are most important to the community. The aim of these priorities is to improve passenger numbers and people’s overall bus experience.

The Council would appreciate you taking 10 minutes of your time to answer the questions in the survey which will go live on Monday, 15th July.

From how often you travel on the buses to the overall quality of the service, residents are being asked to give their feedback on all aspects. To get involved in the survey when it opens, please click here. https://tell-us.questionpro.eu/t/AB3uoi9ZB3vwiU

This survey closes on Monday, 12 August, and the results will be used to form the future Bus Service Improvement Plan subject to the Department for Transports requirements.
