Haircut 100 frontman to bring stripped-back festive shows to historic churches and cathedrals

Nick Heyward has announced a brand-new UK tour for winter 2026, The 12 Dates of Christmas — a unique run of intimate performances set in some of the country’s most beautiful and atmospheric venues.

The 12-date UK tour will kick off on 14^th November at Lincoln Cathedral and will see Heyward perform across historic churches and cathedrals, creating a special live experience that blends his much-loved catalogue with a festive, acoustic feel.

Best known as the frontman of Haircut 100, Heyward continues to build on a remarkable legacy, with the band’s long-awaited follow-up to Pelican West – Boxing The Compass – set for release on 19 June 2026, marking an exciting new chapter for the band. Heyward is also currently working on new solo material, with more details on this exciting project to follow.

Commenting on the tour Nick said: “I’ve always loved the idea of taking songs back to their essence, and these shows are a chance to do that in some incredible spaces. There’s a real atmosphere around Christmas — reflective, joyful, a bit nostalgic — and it felt like the perfect moment to create something more intimate and personal. I can’t wait!”

These upcoming 2026 shows mark Heyward’s first full UK tour since an intimate acoustic run in Scotland last year, which followed his sell-out band tour in 2024.

Joining him on the tour will be acclaimed guitarist Adam Phillips, known for his work with Tom Robinson, Hamish Stewart and Richard Ashcroft.
