Clean Air Day

Councillor Henry Hudson, portfolio holder for Environment and Net Zero,, said: “We’re looking for amazing designs from people of all ages that will inspire others to reduce air pollution and clean up the air around us.

“There are a lot of simple things people can do, such as walking or cycling instead of driving short journeys, to help improve the quality of the air that we breathe.

“As a council, we continuously monitor air quality in the borough and it’s reassuring to note that we have seen improvements in recent years.
