Cleethorpes Town Hall will be closed for a day to allow for essential electrical works to take place.

The Register Office, situated in Cleethorpes Town Hall, will subsequently be closed to the public on Monday, 21st July, as there will be no electrical supply to the building with no IT or telephone access either.

Northern Power Grid will be carrying out works to disconnect the electrical supply between the Town Hall and Civic Office, which is currently being prepared for sale.

All possible preparation works have been completed, however, there is an element of the works that cannot be undertaken until the new supplies are made live and this necessitates the switch off of both buildings to allow connection of said new supplies.

The Council apologises for any inconvenience and assure that the work will be completed as quickly and safely as possible.
