Bellway Boosted by Brough Buying Surge

The Yorkshire division of Bellway Homes says it’s experienced a surge of interest in its Palmers Grange development on the northern banks of the Humber Estuary following the launch of the final phase of homes.

 

Only 21 of the 154-plots remain on Bellway’s element of the enormous £200million Brough South project – with the remaining homes comprising three and four bedroom properties, which range in price from £264,995 to £434,995.

Melanie Smith, Bellway Yorkshire’s sales director, said: “Interest in Palmers Grange has been enormous from the first moment we announced the development and it’s never really let up – and when you consider the development it’s easy to understand why.”

“The location of on the banks for the Humber Estuary is simply beautiful; it has close proximity to the hustle and bustle of Hull city centre and the centres of all of the busy West Hull villages; and great road and rail transport links. Throw in the competitive house prices and the only real question is, just how quickly will these less 22 homes sell out in?”

 

 

Amongst the remaining homes for sale on Palmers Grange are the two stunning show homes – a three-bedroom detached, Baxter and a four-bedroom detached Philosopher. Both are designed and built to the exacting high standards expected of a housebuilder that has retained its five-star status with the Home Builders Federation (HBF) for a nine successive years.
