Alongside East Lindsey’s weekly street markets in Louth (Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays), Horncastle (Thursdays and Saturdays) and Spilsby (Mondays) there will be a range of specialist markets held this December.
East Lindsey’s winter markets are the perfect place to pick up a special gift for a loved one or some local produce to add the finishing touches to the festive meal – so head down to your local market this December and see what you can find!
On November 30, Spilsby Town Council will be holding their Christmas Market. On the same date Alford will be host to a Christmas Craft Market and Skegness Carnival will be holding their Victorian Christmas Market. Elsewhere on the coast, Mablethorpe will be having an artisan craft market on December 7.
Horncastle will be holding its Christmas Market on Sunday, December 8, with the last Farmers’ Market of the year on Thursday, December 12.
Louth Independent Traders will be running their Christmas Market on Sunday, December 1. Louth’s Food Friday Market takes place on Friday, December 13 with loads of tasty treats on offer. Louth’s last Farmers’ Market of the year takes place on Wednesday, December 18.
The Winter Market in Louth takes place on Sunday, December 15 with over 50 stalls selling a variety of goods including a selection of quality food, crafts and gifts. Santa will be there with his sleigh provided by Louth Lions, and there will also be entertainment from Pitoru’s Japanese Art Face Painter and Twist and Make Balloon Modelling, with Moonshiners providing the music.
There will be no markets between December 25, 2019 and January 1, 2020.
