Debenhams, Lincoln has raised over £2,500 for Help for Heroes, following a series of fundraising activities throughout March
The St. Marks store raised a total of £2,638, securing their position as the top fundraising store in the region.
Lisa Hoyland, selling support manager at Debenhams, St. Marks commented:
We are astounded by our final result and would like to thank all of our customers who generously donated to support this fantastic cause. We would also like to thank all the store team for taking part in our fundraising events.
March saw the store host a number of fundraising activities including a baking event, a 48 mile bike ride from Skegness, charity football match and sponsored ghost walk in RAF Binbrooke.

It has been a pleasure to watch and take part in Debenhams fundraising events and I would like to thank all St. Marks shoppers who donated.
2016 is the third year Debenhams stores nationwide are supporting Help for Heroes, with more than £700,000 being raised to date to support the important work that the charity delivers. As well as fundraising in-store, a range of four men’s T-shirts were on sale in Debenhams Lincoln throughout March with all profits from the sale of each item being donated to Help for Heroes.
