CONSTRUCTION work has recently begun at David Wilson Homes’ latest phase of homes in North Hykeham, Lincolnshire, which will see over £500,000 spent on community facilities.
In addition to 111 new homes, this project will also see a string of new amenities provided, including play equipment, areas of public open space, a new pavilion, and improvements to educational facilities.
This project is the final phase of David Wilson Homes’ Kings Court development, and is located on Tiber Road. The first homes are due for completion by the Spring of 2014, and the showhomes will be open for viewing from 11am on 22nd February 2014.
John Dillon, Managing Director for David Wilson Homes North Midlands, said, “We are delighted that work has begun on the new phase of Kings Court. The current development has proved very popular with new buyers and local residents alike, and I am sure that the new phase will be just as successful.
“We plan to contribute a great deal to the local area as a result of this new phase, both in terms of the high-quality homes we will be building and the community facilities we will be providing.”
