The weekends offer the chance to see the best of the area’s talented makers presenting their own work. Find something original as as gift or treat yourself (perfect for Christmas shopping!).

On both weekends, you’ll discover stunning felt pictures, original art and cards, hand-painted wooden children’s toys, charming pyrography, beautiful woodturning , inventive fantasy art, hand turned pens, stylus, shaving brushes and magnifying glasses, gorgeous silver , gold and brightly coloured polymer clay jewellery, silk scarves, batic, hand knitted childrens wear and even a guitar maker.

Why buy locally-made handmade goods? Because you’ll be supporting creative talent, as well as entrepreneurial get-up-and-go. We have carefully selected craftsmen and women who have worked really hard to bring you a slice of their inspirational world. You’ll be meeting the person behind the talent!

On Sundays 27th of November and 4th December we will be having free children’s clay sessions at the Christmas Craft Market. Come along and make some clay monsters! Saturday 3rd December – make fimo clay candy canes with Charlotte Martin – £1 per child.
