With the Christmas season firmly in sight, Wolds View, a Wyevale Garden Centre, has festive preparations well under way in order to host the arrival of a very special someone on Saturday 26th November.
The welcoming of Father Christmas will see the opening of the centre’s magical grotto, with the trusted help of his elves.
The arrival of Father Christmas is set to be one of the most exciting events in the festive community calendar, and the team at Wolds View garden centre are inviting local families along to attend the big moment. Following his arrival, children and parents will also have the opportunity to take a half-hour ride in Father Christmas’ horse & cart with his trusted elves.
Don’t worry if you don’t manage to see him in person on Saturday, he is here in his grotto every other weekend leading up to Christmas too, until he heads back to the North Pole on the 24th December.
Jane Allen-Chilman, Acting Centre Manager at Wolds View garden centre said:
The arrival of Father Christmas is going to be such a lovely festive event that will really bring Christmas to life in the local community. Of course, hosting Father Christmas at our centre this year will be incredibly exciting, and we look forward to seeing all of the children who come down to meet him!
