Camilla Dallerup heads to Eden Hall to sprinkle Strictly magic

Strictly Come Dancing star Camilla Sacre-Dallerup is waltzing her way to Eden Hall on a mission to help people improve their dance moves, starting by hosting a one-off dance class at the luxury day spa on Friday 22 May as part of an exclusive day package. Keep Dancing, £135pp, sees the Strictly champion showing guests how to perfect their dance techniques whether for fun, fitness or to just to impress. As well as offering the inside scoop on all things Strictly, professional dance tips or simply to find out where she keeps her coveted glitter ball in a VIP Q&A session.

Keep Dancing, £135pp, sees the Strictly champion showing guests how to perfect their dance techniques whether for fun, fitness or to just to impress. As well as offering the inside scoop on all things Strictly, professional dance tips or simply to find out where she keeps her coveted glitter ball in a VIP Q&A session.

Suitable for all levels and abilities, the dance class and Q&A is only part of the new Keep Dancing package hosted by Camilla. Guests can also indulge with full use of Eden Hall’s premium facilities, which include the relaxing salt water vitality pool, hot tubs, sauna and saunarium, the reviving rose infused steam room, herbal caldarium and body showers. A mouth-watering three course lunch at Eden Hall’s restaurant is also included, along with fluffy robes and towels for use on the day.

Since hanging up her Strictly dancing shoes, Camilla has carved out a career as a motivational speaker and runs a successful Life Coaching business including hypnosis between LA and the UK. So, as part of her day at Eden Hall she will share tools and stories from her first book ‘Strictly Inspirational’ along with some of the life lessons that a successful career as a professional and competitive dancer has taught her.
